Alfa Group strengthens its presence in the premium residential real estate sector by developing the Cloud9 project, located in the northern part of the capital, close to the city’s largest business district.<\/h2>\n

Alfa Group\u2019s real estate division is consolidating its position in the high-end residential segment with the Cloud9 project, the premium residential complex located in Bucharest\u2019s largest business district. With investments of \u20ac80 million in the Cloud9 Residence project, completed in 2021, and \u20ac90 million in the Cloud9 Evolution residential project (first stage of development), located in the immediate proximity, the standards of premium living in Bucharest are being redefined. The projects offer a lifestyle centered on comfort, energy efficiency and urban connectivity, while promoting the concept of a \u201c15-minute city\u201d.<\/p>\n

Cloud9 is developed by Alfa Group\u2019s real estate division, which has over 30 years of experience in the Romanian premium segment. To date, the group has built over 1,000,000 sqm of residential space and has sold more than 15,000 apartments.

The completed Cloud9 Residence project consists of four buildings with a height regime of GF+9+2R (two built-in floors), totaling 820 residential units, including studios and 2, 3, and 4-room apartments, all designed for a modern, functional, and comfortable lifestyle. Located nearby is the Cloud9 Evolution development, which will add 612 new apartments and 658 parking spaces. <\/p>\n

The company\u2019s representative added: \u201cProject financing has been provided entirely from own funds and bank loans, with no reliance on deposits received from clients. In line with international practice in the real estate sector, the advance payments have been secured in an escrow account.\u201d

This responsible and transparent financial approach guarantees the security of the buyers and ensures that the project is developed and completed independently of the pace of sales or market fluctuations, facilitating the delivery of apartments to the highest quality standards and meeting the agreed deadlines. <\/p>\n\n

Alfa Group strengthens its expertise in real estate through a diversified and strategic portfolio, which includes top office projects such as Oscar One, Maria Rosetti Tower, Eminescu Offices and Mendeleev Office 5, as well as renowned premium residential developments such as Residence, 20th Residence and 21 Residence. At the same time, the group is developing the Akcent City Bucure\u0219tii Noi project, a 723-apartment development. The approximately \u20ac90 million project will be completed by the end of 2025 and is already more than 70 percent sold.
