Cloud9, part of the real estate division of Alfa Group, is investing 3 million euros in a modern school integrated into the Cloud9 Evolution project.
The new educational unit will be ready to open its doors to students in the 2026-2027 school year. The school will serve both students from the Cloud9 Residence and Cloud9 Evolution residential projects, as well as the community in the north of the capital.
The school building, with a height regime of B+GF+2F, integrates all the functionalities required for a modern institution dedicated to children’s education: 10 classrooms, 4 laboratories, library, gym, medical office, and administrative spaces. The infrastructure is complemented by facilities such as indoor and outdoor sports fields, underground parking for teachers, elevator, its own kitchen, and large glazed areas.
The project is part of the first development phase of the premium residential complex Cloud9 Evolution, built following an investment of 90 million euros. Constructed on an area of 3.2 hectares, the complex will comprise 1,148 apartments, over 1,200 parking spaces, and a wide range of integrated facilities. Cloud9 Evolution will be developed in two phases, with completion deadlines set for 2026 and 2027.

The integration of a school within Cloud9 Evolution directly addresses the conclusions of the qualitative study recently conducted by Unlock at the request of Cloud9, which shows that educational facilities, proximity to shopping centers and green areas, as well as the sense of belonging to a community, are essential criteria for families choosing a premium home. Developed according to the principles of the “15-minute city,” the project brings within minutes everything that matters for daily life: education, leisure spaces, commercial areas, and quick access to the most important business district in Bucharest.
