How are new home sales going? Răzvan Brâsla, Chief Executive Officer of Cloud9 Residence:
The market has recovered, there is a real need for new housing. We are currently building 612 apartments and a school. We’re also looking at other cities. The first phase, with 800 apartments, was fully sold.
Răzvan Brâsla, Chief Executive Officer of Cloud9 Residence, said:
“During the pandemic, we saw a migration trend toward Ilfov City, but in the end, everyone returned to the city. The city wins. A well-located apartment, with access to a school and hospital, saves you a lot of time.”
“We want to expand outside Bucharest, we’re looking for land in other cities, ideally with at least 2-3 hectares.”
The residential project Cloud9 Evolution in Pipera, developed on 3.2 hectares by Alfa Grup (contractor Alin Niculae), is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of next year. Currently, 612 apartments and a school are under construction.
“Everyone wants stability. There has been demand. It is clear that there is a real need for new housing,” said Răzvan Brâsla, CEO of Cloud9 Residence, on ZF Live.
In the Cloud9 project, two-room apartments start at €160,000 plus VAT, while three-room apartments range from €195,000 to €200,000 plus VAT. The first phase of the project, with 800 apartments, was completely sold out.
The third phase is already in the tendering process for selecting the general contractor, and
permits have been obtained.
